Order received by 11am will be guaranteed same day delivery, later orders subject to availability.
Our flowers and gifts are distinctively wrapped in clear cellophane with tissue, and a raffia ribbon bow, care instructions are included.
Delivery times are 10-5 daily. No Sunday delivery.
Each delivery zone has a minimum order amount based on distance from our store.
Delivery charges vary and increase as you move away from Birmingham. Local deliveries are made in the morning and again in the afternoon to a core of cities within 10 miles of our store. Delivery locations to distant suburbs and downtown Detroit are always afternoon deliveries. We have 4 levels of delivery charges based on distance.
Our minimum delivery within 2 miles of our shop is $40 with an $11.95 delivery charge.
Routes are established according to highest demand and vary daily. We are unable to deliver at specific times without an additional charge.
We offer free delivery to a limited number of funeral homes in our core cities group. Please call us directly for further details (248) 644-4411.
We deliver to residences, businesses, hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, hotels, restaurants, and clubs.
To accommodate last minute orders, special times, or extenuating circumstances we offer a special delivery service for a fee of $25 in addition to the regular delivery fee. A driver must be dispatched just to make this delivery with a resulting high cost but can often save the day.
If the recipient is not home, we attempt to leave the package with a neighbor and leave a phone message advising the recipient where to retrieve the flowers. This is a crucial reason the recipient contact information is needed. Flowers can occasionally be left in a protected area if no one is home, weather permitting. Please tell us directly if you DO NOT want the flowers left at the door or with a neighbor. If we are unable to leave the arrangement, our driver will leave a phone message with the recipient. We will redeliver fresh flowers when the recipient contacts us directly.
Due to heightened security, some office buildings have restrictions. We are UNABLE to deliver to GENERAL MOTORS AT THE RENAISSANCE CENTER for this reason.
HOSPITAL DELIVERIES- Flowers are delivered to hospital flower rooms when available. Volunteers deliver the flowers to patient rooms at their discretion. Our drivers DO NOT deliver to patient rooms. They deliver to the nurses station and verify the name & room number match. Someone at the hospital then delivers the flowers to the patient when they can.
FUNERAL DELIVERIES- We deliver funeral flowers to the designated flower room at the funeral home. We are not responsible to place the flowers and have no control over how they are displayed in the funeral home.
OUT OF TOWN ORDERS- Can be accommodated through a special service. Please call us directly. *Note additional fees apply to orders outside of our normal delivery areas.
We are happy to pick up customer containers for a fee equal to the delivery fee in that area.
